The Main Office at this location manages use of the Clubhouse facilities, as well as the maintenance of common areas and communications with home owners and residents.

Financial related matters, such as homeowner fees, should be directed to LCM Property Management.

A staff member is always available during the hours when the Clubhouse is open for general resident use:
Monday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Tuesday-Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Saturday & Sunday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM



The Golden Ridge Condominium Association is governed by a nine member Board of Managers. Members are elected or appointed from amongst the GRCA members (homeowners), for three year terms.

Association members are welcome and given opportunity to speak at all Board meetings.
